Categories of personal data
The personal data processed are those provided directly by the User through the corresponding subscription form, consisting of: (i) email address.
No special categories of personal data are processed.
Purposes of the processing of personal data
The personal data provided by the Users will be processed for the purpose of managing the subscription to the Newsletter, as well as for the operation of the other functionalities of the website.
The data shall not be used for purposes other than those stated above, nor for the sending of third-party advertising.

The legal basis for the processing is the User’s freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, granted by ticking the corresponding checkbox on the subscription form.

The User may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each communication or by sending a request by email.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. However, certain service providers may have access to the data in their capacity as data processors, solely for the purpose of providing the relevant services and subject to appropriate safeguards. As of the date of publication of this Policy, the entity “IONOS” is a data processor.
No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are foreseen. Should such transfers take place, they will be subject to the appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
